Case study · Kids Eat in Color

One platform. Every parent served.

Creating a unified customer experience across web, eCommerce, and learning management for Kids Eat in Color.

About the client

Evidence-based help for every mealtime.

Kids Eat in Color gives caregivers the support and guidance they need to help kids eat better and thrive at mealtime. The brand is built by a team of registered experts providing evidence-based help for parents, caregivers, and health and medical providers.

They partnered with Digital Polygon to develop a unified online experience with three goals: a consistent user experience throughout the customer journey, an experience optimized for web, mobile, and tablet, and increased access to information and materials.

The challenge

Great content, disconnected platforms.

Kids Eat in Color was planning a major rebrand, an ideal moment to revamp the online experience into one unified website, eCommerce, and learning management platform. At the time the team operated across several technologies that did not talk to each other, creating a disjointed experience for users and extra work for the customer service team.

It was critical to give parents, who have plenty of other things to worry about, an easy way to find, purchase, and access the information and tools they needed.

The solution

One experience that grows with the mission.

Digital Polygon helped strategize, design, and build the next generation of kidseatincolor.com. We took the new branding and designed a clean, modern, unified digital experience built to scale.

The result gives parents, caregivers, and health professionals a single place to learn, purchase materials, and access all of their courses, recipes, and guides online.
