RevOps / CRM Architecture

A CRM built around your pipeline

We redesign the data model, pipeline logic, and lifecycle structure so the system starts enabling your team instead of working against it.

Setting up solid foundations from the start

Fix the architecture, not just the platform.

A CRM that does not reflect how your team sells creates friction at every step: deals that map to the wrong stage, reports that require manual adjustment, and a sales team that works around the system rather than in it. The fix is rarely the platform. It starts with the architecture beneath it.

How we work

Design the structure first, then build on it.

We document the current state, design the architecture around the process your team actually follows, and get your sign-off before any build begins.

CRM audit

We document the current state: what was built, what is broken, what is used and what is not.

Architecture design

Pipeline stages, lifecycle logic, custom properties, and data model mapped to your real process.

Stakeholder sign-off

You approve the architecture before any build begins.

Build & migration

New architecture implemented, historical data migrated and validated.

QA & UAT

Your team tests against real deals and scenarios before go-live.

Training & docs

Technical documentation and playbooks keep the data clean and the system usable.

Service scope

What a CRM architecture engagement covers.

We design the structure first, then migrate onto it with integrity intact. Each piece is built around how your business actually progresses revenue.

360° CRM audit

A full review of current architecture, data model, and workflow logic before we recommend anything.

Pipeline & lifecycle redesign

Stages aligned to how your team actually progresses deals, so the system reflects reality.

Custom objects & properties

The data model your business needs, built from custom objects and properties rather than forced into defaults.

Managed data migration

Contacts, companies, deals, and activities moved with integrity intact and validated against the field map.

De-duplication & data hygiene

Cleaning the record before building on it, so you are not scaling a mess.

Integration architecture

Connecting your CRM to the tools your team uses, designed as part of the core data model.

Reporting structure design

Dashboards and reports that answer the questions leadership actually asks.

Permissions, handover & training

User and team structure configured, with documentation and training so your team owns it.

For projects that cannot fail

A system your team actually likes to use.

Build a better system from the ground up. Let’s start with a conversation about your data model.

Frequently asked questions.

CRM architecture and data migration, answered.

We just need our existing CRM to work better. Can you help without a platform change?

Yes. A CRM redesign does not require a platform change. We audit what you have, identify the architectural issues causing the problems you are experiencing, and rebuild the data model and pipeline logic inside your existing platform. No migration required.

How do you protect our data during a CRM migration?

Data integrity is built into our process, not checked at the end. We perform full data validation before any cutover, including complete field mapping, de-duplication, and record-level verification. We are committed to a transition that protects your brand.

What CRM platforms do you work with?

We work primarily with HubSpot, where we are a Platinum Solutions Partner, and Salesforce, and we support migrations between the two. We also have experience with Dynamics, Pardot, Marketo, GoHighLevel, and others. If you are not sure which platform is right, that is a conversation we are happy to have before you make any commitment.

Our sales team has used the current CRM for years. How do you manage the change?

Change management starts in the architecture phase. We involve the people who use the system in the design process, both to discover how work really happens and to encourage adoption. Training plans are defined at the start so teams hit the ground running on day one.

Can you integrate our CRM with the other tools in our stack?

Yes. Integration architecture is part of what we design from the start. We map the tools your team uses during discovery to identify the data flows that matter, catch unnecessary tech bloat, and build the integration layer into the core architecture.
