RevOps / Marketing Automation Migrations
Migrate your marketing automation without losing what you built.
Contacts, segments, automation logic, and historical data are all on the line at the same time. We have run enough migrations to know exactly where they fail, and we plan around those failure points from the start.
We plan for success
The destination platform is rarely the problem.
Incomplete data mapping, automation logic that gets copied instead of rebuilt, and integrations that break after go-live are the failure points that decide whether a team adopts a new platform or migrates again next year. We plan around those failure points from the start, so the result is a CRM that reflects how you work today and supports where you are going.
Service scope
What a migration engagement includes.
We take a full inventory before reconfiguring a single workflow or moving a single record. Nothing moves until the plan is approved.
Pre-migration audit
A full inventory of your existing platform before we reconfigure any workflows or move any records.
Data mapping & field alignment
Every contact property, custom field, custom object, and data relationship confirmed and accounted for.
Data migration
Contact, deal, and record migration strategy, with de-duplication and data hygiene best practices applied.
Automation & workflow migration
We rebuild logic natively rather than copy it, so the result is more stable and maintainable.
Asset recreation
Emails, landing pages, CTAs, and email signatures rebuilt in the new platform.
Integration reconnection
CRM, ad platforms, webinar tools, and third-party systems reviewed and connected into the new system.
Training & handover documentation
The same team that configured your instance trains your team to leverage it fully from day one.
30-day hypercare
A defined post-launch window with a direct line to the team that built the migration.
What we migrate, and from where
Built around your architecture, not a generic import.
We right-size the CRM to how your team actually works. Marketing automation platforms rarely move alone, so we plan the dependencies and the handoffs as carefully as the data.
Program libraries
Complex programs & integrations
Large contact databases and deep Salesforce integrations need a plan built around your existing architecture, not a generic import. We rebuild your logic natively in your CRM.
Scoring & campaigns
Campaign canvas & scoring models
Complex campaign logic and scoring models are understood before they move. We map the intent behind every automation and rebuild it for efficiency.
Dependencies
Preserving integrations
Uncoupling a MAP from a larger stack like Salesforce requires careful dependency planning. We coordinate the handoff so marketing gains autonomy without losing the integrations they rely on.
Data model
CRM & MAP integration architecture
A HubSpot and Salesforce integration means architecting the data model and integration layer so both systems reflect how your team sells, with no data loss and no broken handoffs.
How we work
A plan you approve before anything moves.
We document everything in your existing platform, then run both systems in parallel so you can verify data integrity and automation behaviour before cutover.
Instance audit
We document everything in your existing platform before any migration begins.
Migration plan
Field map, data migration spec, automation rebuild plan, and cutover timeline. You approve it before any work begins.
HubSpot build
New instance configured, properties created, workflows rebuilt natively.
Data migration
All records migrated and validated against the field map.
Parallel running & UAT
Both platforms live while you verify data integrity and automation behaviour.
Cutover & decommission
A clean go-live with documentation, training, and a defined hypercare window.
Source platforms we migrate from
We handle the full move into HubSpot.
A representative slice. We work with any of these source platforms and handle the full migration into HubSpot, where we are a Platinum Solutions Partner.
Marketo
Deep program libraries and scoring models, rebuilt natively in HubSpot rather than copied across.
Eloqua
Enterprise campaign canvases and intricate integrations, mapped for intent before anything moves.
Pardot
Account Engagement is tightly coupled to Salesforce. We coordinate the handoff so marketing gains autonomy without losing what they rely on.
Salesforce
Full CRM migrations, or a bi-directional HubSpot integration so both teams keep working where they prefer.
On a different platform? Tell us what you are working with and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
For projects that cannot fail
A migration is a risk mitigation project.
Migrations go sideways without a fully identified strategy. That is where Digital Polygon steps in.
Frequently asked questions.
Marketing automation migrations, answered.
Which platforms can you migrate from?
Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot / Account Engagement, and Salesforce are the platforms we migrate from most frequently. If you are on a different platform, tell us what you are working with and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
How do you handle complex automation logic during a migration?
We do not copy automation logic from your existing platform into HubSpot. We rebuild it. Every program, workflow, and sequence is mapped for intent first, then rebuilt natively in HubSpot’s engine. The result is more stable and maintainable than a direct translation.
How much of our historical data will survive the migration?
Most data migrates cleanly: contacts, companies, deals, custom properties, lists, and segments. Historical engagement data such as opens, clicks, and form fills migrates within HubSpot API limits. We map exactly what will and will not transfer before the project begins, so there are no surprises at cutover.
Do we need to keep Salesforce after moving to HubSpot?
Not necessarily. If Salesforce is your CRM of record for sales, we can configure a bi-directional HubSpot and Salesforce integration so both teams work in their preferred system. If you want to consolidate entirely onto HubSpot CRM, we can support the full migration and decommission. We make recommendations after understanding your sales process, not before.
How long does a migration take?
A mid-complexity migration covering discovery, audit, build, data migration, parallel running, and cutover typically takes eight to twelve weeks. Larger instances with extensive automation libraries or complex integrations take longer. We give you a timeline estimate after the audit and once requirements are identified.
